Individual and Group Coaching to Develop Great Leaders

The goal is leadership transformation. The engagement begins with an understanding of the Sponsor’s expectations for the leader.  Using a series of tools including an anonymous 360 assessment, the leader increases self-awareness of his or her leadership skills, style, beliefs and values.  Together, the coach and leader identify the goals of the coaching engagement.  Throughout the engagement, the coach and leader explore obstacles, both internal and external, and collaborate on solutions.  A development plan along with a compelling leadership brand are created, implemented, reflected upon and adjusted throughout the 6-month coaching experience.  Along the way, the leader establishes healthy habits to sustain the new behaviors.

The goal is to accelerate leadership development.  The engagement begins with an understanding of the Sponsor’s expectations for the leader.  Using an anonymous 360 assessment, the leader increases self-awareness of his or her leadership skills.  In collaboration, the coach and leader create a development plan to enhance the 3 most important leadership skills.  Throughout the engagement, the leader executes development activities, reflects and adjusts approach.  An accountability plan for ongoing development post coaching is created.

The goal is to jump start the leader’s development.  Through an online, anonymous 360 review, the leader receives honest, actionable feedback from key stakeholders.  The top 3 most important development areas are identified along with the leader’s unique strengths. The leader and coach debrief the feedback, identify obstacles, and create a targeted development plan to boost the leader’s performance by improving the 3 most critical leadership skills.
